Dunn Right Fitness understands that there is no such thing as an effective "one size fits all" program. We also understand that in order to achieve and maintain the best results, we only use natural, realistic and practical methods of training and nutrition. Which means you won't be wasting money on pills, powders, fat burners and fad diet schemes.
There are many program options to choose from which are all custom designed to suit each individual client.

What makes Dunn Right Fitness unique from other mainstream fitness services, is our strong passion for one on one time with each individual client to make sure you are getting the full value of our service. This means receiving more than just one PT session per week. Our programs include fortnightly body composition tracking, goal setting, full emotional support, access to the online group support, exclusive access to weekly informative videos and articles, education about how the body works, 100% accountablity coaching and 4 weeks of FREE post program support.

To ensure each individual is catered for, we must first discuss your goals during a FREE phone consultation in order to prescribe a program that can be 100% designed specifically for your needs and ensure you are received the full benefits and value for time and money.

Are the programs custom designed?YES! Dunn Right Fitness realises that every one is differnt and requires different methods of trainning and nutrition. There is no effective "one such fits all" trainning plan , and none of our clietns are on the same program.

How much do the programs cost?The price will depend on type of package deal you will require. There are many diferent packages to choose from, so before we can talk price, it is important to make sure the program is right for you. First we need to discuss your needs and options and then put togther a package deal which suits you so you so you get full value for money

Are the programs gym based or home based?Both! They are completely designed to each individulas needs and requirements. You are not required to join a gym if you dont want to. If you prefer home or out doors based trainning , then you will recieve a tainning plan that will accomadte that. As for gym based programs, again they will be customed designed to suit your goals. They can be strentgh or cardio based, whatever will suit your needs.

How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?"The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
